How can I add a custom certificate?

"Add a custom certification" link is not showing when users are typing in the certificate name does is not part of the list. How can I add a custom certificate?

Hi Osamu,

If you try to enter a certification that is not on the list, you’ll have the opportunity to Add a custom certification. You can add up to two custom certifications. You can learn more about it here.
