How can I communicate at same time with two illustrators working on same contract/project?

I'm working with two illustrators sharing one project and need to communicate at times with both of them. Going back and forth between messages to one or the other is inefficient and confusing. Don't want to pay for the upgrade that would enable creating a team which would offer a more expeditious method of communication. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Remy, 

You should be able to add another person in a room by clicking on the three dots as shown on the screengrab below. You should be able to add the other freelancer in your room so that you can communicate with them. There is no need to upgrade to a membership plan to be able to add another freelancer in a Message Room.
