How can I contact a client who posted a job?

Hi - I would like to contact a client who posted a job here but I don't see any button. What should I do? 
Should I have a freelancer account instead of a client account?

Yes that is correct, you will need to have a freelancer profile in order to be able to send proposals on job postings.
