How can I know that my profile is approved?

How do I check if my profile is approved? Thank you

Hi Dee Ann Jo,

 

Thank you for your message and welcome to Upwork! I'm happy to report that your profile has been approved. You can check this on your end by trying to submit a proposal. If you’re able to submit proposals, it means your profile was approved!

Hi Zoya,

 

I took a closer look at your profile and can confirm it's been accepted. You can now start submitting proposals to jobs and potential clients. Let us know if you're having difficulties doing so, and we'll look further into that.

Hi,

 

I am unable to access any jobs, and I can't verify my ID. It's impossible for me to access support since all pages are redirecting me to an error. The page asking me to access support is just going straight to an error page, and I even can't file a ticket since there is no actual page allowing me to do so.

 

This is what I get from one of the pages related to accessing support.

For now, feel free to submit proposals to potential clients.

Dear Upwork Support,

I am writing to you today to request assistance with my identity verification issue. I have been trying to verify my identity for the past few days, but I have been unsuccessful. I have uploaded a clear and well-lit photo of my government-issued ID, but I keep receiving an error message saying that my ID is not valid.

I have double-checked that my ID is valid and that I have uploaded it correctly, but I am still having trouble. I am not sure what else I can do to verify my identity.

I am a freelance web developer and I need to be able to verify my identity in order to start working on projects. I am also a registered user on Upwork and I have a good reputation. I have never had any problems with my account before.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am available to provide any additional information that you may need.

If you are able to submit proposals, your profile has been approved.  You may not be verified yet, but that will come in the near future.  Make sure you visit the academy and complete the learning paths.
