I just checked your account and I can see the Review Application button at the bottom of the page, you need to click it in order for your application to be submitted for a review. If you`re experiencing any other problems let me know, thank you.

I just checked this for you and I wasn't able to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Please try to clear your cache and cookies or try using another browser to log into your account on Upwork.com, make sure all the fields are completed and then click Review Application at the bottom of the page. I just checked your account and saw that you still haven`t submitted your application for a review. Please go to the bottom of the page and click on the ''Review Application''.
