How can I know that my profile is approved?

Hello,

 

  1. I would like to know if my profile has been aprroved....?
  2. Can you not have a status marker in the profile information so new users know whether or not they have been approved?

This thread has been closed from further replies due to its size. Please know that you can check if your profile has been approved on your end by trying to submit a proposal. If you’re able to submit proposals, it means your profile was approved!

Yes, your profile was accepted. Please, check out these threads Getting Started on Upwork and Hiring Headquarters and find there some excellent articles and learn more about Upwork. Please note that we recently updated the Connects pricing and Connects now cost $0.15 (USD) each and are sold in bundles of 10, 20, 40, 60, and 80. You can find more information about these recent changes here.

Hi Christian, 

 

I checked your account and I can see that you are yet to submit your profile for review. You need to click the review application button to make sure you did not miss any section of the profile creation process. Any portion that is highlighted in red needs to be filled-in. Please review your application and update the missing fields to be able to submit your profile for review. In this case, please update the city field and resubmit your profile for review. 

 

Once you submit your profile, it takes at least 24 to 48-hours for the process to complete and you will be notified via email about your account.

Good Day Upwork Community,

 

My profile has been under review for more than 48 hours. A notice says that i should hear back  within 24 hours.

I have suitted my profile 3 days ago and still did not receive any updates via email. Still saying 24hrs but it is beyond 24hrs now. Please help

Wait a little bit. They are carefully reviewing your profile. If you do not see any update within 2 more days then you can contact the customer care.

I am waiting for it to get approved and I do not have any updates so far.

Nor do I seem to be able to add my Certifications.

Hi Vlad,

Just to confirm that your application haven't been submitted for a review, if you`re ready please go to the bottom of the page and click on Review Application.
If you`re directed back to the same page please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser. Thank you.

Hello,

 

I already did this three times. Now I believe it was the third time.

I click on "Review application" and then the page reloads, and I get back. Like a loop.

Please keep in mind that you will need to add your city as well before you`re able to submit your application for a review. 
If you`re still experiencing the same problem let me know what browsers did you use to submit your application. Thank you.

Hello,

 

City and address have been submitted each time.

Once I hit "review application" the page loads, get back to the current status that is highlighted in the print screen i sent you earlier.

Browser used is Google Chrome.

And each time I try to press on the UpWork logo or any other page I am taken back to this link.
