How can I know that my profile is approved?

2. Can you not have a status marker in the profile information so new users know whether or not they have been approved?

when you will visit your home page of upwork then, you will see a congratulations message. Moreover, you will be able to send proposals to jobs and your profile will be public as well.
If your application rejects then, please let me know if you need my help.

Hello! I submitted my profile for review and I believe that I was supposed to get an email telling me whether it's approved or not however I never received an email from upwork.

My profile is not displaying the banner that says "Your profile is under review" which is why I'm confused.

If there's no banner saying "Your profile is under review", you should be good. You might miss the email for unusual reasons. Check your settings, add/edit your profile to see if everything is functioning normally. 🙂

I tryed to apply twice to upwork but every time my profile is not accepted. 

I really don't understand. I have a lot of experience, more than 6 years in France and one year as Freelance in Australia where I was working on the Freelancer.com platform (I have some good reviews on it). **edited for Community Guidelines**

I have 4 years exeperience with Angular and 1 year with React and 6 with the ASP.Net stack. 

I can bring my Australian client on this platform. We want to moove from Freelancer.com because isn't a really good platform and I heard about Upwork which is probably  the best actually. 

Let me know what I need to do to be accepted.

but I used to log in normally even when my application submission was declined so now I can't really tell after I resubmitted If I'm accepted or not.

Upwork Global Inc. will send you an email notification once you are approved. After the approval process, you will need to setup a professional profile; thereafter, you will be able to send proposals to potential clients on the platform.

Hi Katerina, 

I checked your account and I can see that you are yet to submit your profile for review. You need to click the review application button to make sure you did not miss any section of the profile creation process. Any portion that is highlighted in red needs to be filled in. Please review your application and update the missing fields to be able to submit your profile for review. In this case, please update the city field and resubmit your profile for review. 

Once you submit your profile, it takes at least 24 to 48-hours for the process to complete and you will be notified via email about your account.
