How I can check my account is approved or not and when I will submits proposals on jobs?

I have created an account with Upwork and i hear that the account is subject to approval from upwork, but I dont get any email regarding approval or declined of account application, so what is the procedure to check the status of account and when I will submit proposals on jobs posted at Upwork or wait for account approval.

While this feature isn’t available at this stage to everyone, freelancers included in the test will see a new Testimonials section on their profile, under their “Work history and feedback“ section.
