1. I would like to know if my profile has been aprroved....?
2. Can you not have a status marker in the profile information so new users know whether or not they have been approved?

Hello, I am not sure if I am approved on upwork. I was told by someone that it may take a few days before your approved. However, I got an alert at the top of my page saying "Congratulations! You're now part of Upwork!". I got this alert pretty quickly so I am unsure if I am approved or if there are more steps involved.
