I checked and it looks like your account has already been accepted. You should be able to send proposals to jobs on the general marketplace. Please make sure you check resources in this post to help you get started.

24 hours is a "goal."

It is not a promise, guarantee, or reflection of reality.

It may take more than 24 hours. May take a few days or weeks.

Right now, it is the weekend. This might be a task that Upwork doesn't work on during the weekend.

I advise you to be patient for now, and to not conclude that your profile application will not be approved.
