Um, did you check your email? Upwork is usually pretty quick about getting back to their potential freelancers. The only thing I was asked to provide was a copy of my driver's license, and that was only to have access to the jobs marked "U.S. only." I suppose you could even skip doing that if you are open to working at jobs that don't have that designation.

Your profile is approved and you can start bidding on jobs if you have selected one of our membership plans. If not, go to Settings > Membership&Settings to select one. Thank you.

Select any job and if the proposal section is anable for writing the cover letter so your account is approved otherwise check your email u might be have a email for approval of your profile

Even before the pandemic, there were way too many freelancers on Upwork. Now tens of thousands more try to get on the platform. There are not enough jobs.

I see you were able to resubmit your profile for another review. To get to a successful start on Upwork, you can work on improving your profile overview and make sure you don't use all caps in your profile name. Check out this post for more tips about getting started.
