How can I know that my profile is approved?

Hello,

1. I would like to know if my profile has been aprroved....?
2. Can you not have a status marker in the profile information so new users know whether or not they have been approved?

I created my profile today on June 27th a while ago. I selected Submit profile and I can now find jobs and everything but I'm not sure how to see if I'm approved? I don't have any email from Upwork. Where can I see it in the settings? How do I know my profile is approved?

Regarding Yasmine's question about the verification status. I checked and it doesn't look like you are required to complete any verification process at the moment. Please know that only earning freelancers are eligible/required to earn the “Identity Verified” badge. If you become eligible/required, we will notify you when you log into your Upwork account.

Edited to add information: 

You are free to send proposals even if you don't have a verification badge on your profile. You can find more information here.

1. Does that mean my profile is approved

2. If yes than why don't you say that "Congratulations your profile is approved"
