First of all you will get an email with a proof that your account is approved secondly you will see the available connects in your left side if your account is approved.
If you are still unable to submit the proposals then your account is not approved yet.
I didn't receive a confirmation email for some reason...
But I have 20 available connects and it seems like I can submit proposals.
Does that mean my account is approved?
