How can I know that my profile is approved?

I checked and it looks like your account has already been accepted. You should be able to send proposals to jobs on the general marketplace. Please make sure you check the resources in this post to help you get started.

Hi, I had received an offer and I was asked to complete administrative
tasks before I could accept the offer. However, the after the review was
complete, the client had to withdraw the offer as the classification
manager told him that it cannot be approved. I am attaching details of the
offer down below.
