How can I see proposal submitted to client?

I just submitted my first proposal to the client. 

Upwork system said proposal was submitted successfully.  Is it possible to see the proposal that I submitted to the client?

Yep. Just hover over the "Find Work" link at the top of the main page, then click on "Proposals" in the menu that opens up.

I see the proposal.  I meant to ask is my profile sent with my proposal?

Every communication clients receive relating to your proposal has a link directly to your profile page.

If a client looks at their list of incoming proposals, the list features a link directly to your profile page.

(Clients are never sent a PDF file or any other file containing your profile page, if that's what you're asking.)
