I tried a few months ago to upload ID documents and it didn't work. My profile was switched to private. I would like to try again and apply for jobs. But when I read about how to verify my ID, it says contact customer support. But the link then takes me to documents and a question bot and I get nowhere. I see now way to upload my ID documents. When I click on help and support I see no way to submit a request of ticket. Please advise what next steps are and how to contact customer support about this. Very frustrated. Thank you.
