How can i know my profile was approved

I would like to know if my profile has been aprroved. Never recieved any email

You will need to change your freelancer profile name and the details so it can match your name.

You should complete your profile with correct name because you will need it to be verified and I don't think 'Two Sisters' can be anyone's name. Its OK as your agency name though. You may apply to jobs with uncomplete profile but after getting hired, you will need to verify it and also for getting paid.

I have already  updated my profile name from settings, it is visible in setting ( updated name). However on my profile it still shows  two sisters, instead of updated name. 

What can i do now? Help me out please
