How do I change a fixed contract to a milestone contract?

How do I change a fixed contract for a set amount of money ($100) for 5 images, to a milestone payment contract to pay $20 each time the artist finishes an image?

New to Upwork and didn't know about the milestone payments.

 Have you already set up the contract and funded $ 100?

Then you can no longer change it, but you can easily release $ 20 every time the artist sends you an image. Here's how:

The artist finishes image one and clicks on "Submit work and request payment" - editing the sum requestedd to $ 20

You approve that and then set up the remaining milestones, but this is not possible without releasing the first milestone ($ 20 of it)
