How do I enter skills?

UPDATE - RESOLVED !!! You just have to keep typing apparently, it may say "no skills found" for the first two letters, but keep going and they pop up.  Just frustrating that there is nothing really relevant for some of the skills I'd want to highlight, but that's AI.
