How do I fund my escrow account, it is not giving me an option. Help.

I am trying to pay a freelancer, but the upwork milestone page doesn't offer me a link to fund the milestone, or let me pay from it.

The only thing that is different than usual here, is that I have a previously funded milestone which has funds in it, but that I don't want to send on that milestone, rather I want to combine it on the latest milestone, and send that as one payment.

What's up with this? How do I pay from the latest milestone, not an earlier one.

And if the earlier one is somehow interfering with the payment, how do I take back that escrow amount in the previous milestone, and/or cancel the previous milestone altogether.

Help!
