How do I get hired easily after countless job proposals

Hello family, am not a newbie though. I have 4 jobs done with reviews from client and earned enough too. I have send over 60 proposals but got interviewed on few occassions. Sometimes I applied immediately the job is posted but it getting no where. Any help with regards to at least getting 50% interviews on the proposals I sent. Thanks

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients. When you apply for jobs, make sure your proposal is well written and that you're absolutely qualified and certain of your ability to complete the job you're applying for.
