How do I let people submit custom offers to me?

I want to set-up my about.me page so people can click a link to submit me their jobs/assignments/custom offers, but I 'm not sure how even do I do that?

Seen from the client side your profile already has those functions, but frankly almost ALL private invites you will get at this stage will be scam attempts of some sort or the other.

As a newbie entry level freelancer in the completely overcrowded categories like data entry (hundreds of thousands of freelancers) and virtual assistance (the same) being found by genuine clients is unlikely.

The scammers look for exactly such freelancers as they consider them to be easier prey.
