How do I set up a test drive with freelancers that I have shortlisted

Hi

I'm struggling to make a choice - so many good designers!  I thought I'd try running a few test drives - paid of course - but I'm not sure how to do this.  Do I go through the HIRE process - or would that activate the original posted job?  or do I set up the TEST DRIVE as a new job for the agreed price?

As I understand it, (or am trying to) - I would get some test drive samples from my selected shortlist and then compare and make a choice based on what they come back with.  Is that feasible?

Yes, you go through the HIRE process for the agreed price, and that is really the best way to find just the right creative person.

Alternatively you can go to each profile and click on Hire, then set up a new "test" job.
