How do you take a proposal from withdrawn to active again?

Hi John,

Unfortunately if you've withdrawn a proposal, there is no way to make the same proposal active again and you will have to send a new proposal for the job if you are still interested.

I did not withdraw any proposal. The system withdraw my first 30 proposals because of an issue with my billing method.

Looks like the issue with your billing method has already been resolved, and you were issued courtesy connects for the proposals that were withdrawn, as per your ticket.
