How do you take a proposal from withdrawn to active again?

Hi John,

Unfortunately if you've withdrawn a proposal, there is no way to make the same proposal active again and you will have to send a new proposal for the job if you are still interested.

I did not withdraw any proposal. The system withdraw my first 30 proposals because of an issue with my billing method.
