How exactly do I get paid

I've recently finished a job and wanna know how i can use this money to buy more connects and withdraw some

Hi Shaheer,

If you have sufficient balance available from Upwork earnings, you can use this balance to purchase additional Connects. We'll charge your balance automatically and if it isn't sufficient, that's when we'll charge your chosen billing method. 

Once your balance becomes available it will be withdrawn into your payment method based on your payment schedule or you can also use the Get Paid button to withdraw your earnings manually.
