I created my upwork account and it said 24 hours wait time but it's already been 4 days.

Can anyone give me a time estimate on how long this will take?

Upwork has many thousands of people signing up every day - it typically takes longer than what they estimate. Also be aware that not all profiles are accepted, especially in over-crowded categories.
