How long does take Get Approved Work after Submitting

 I want to know. Few days back I got client I did work for him and develery work to him and setup his server email. He is not online How long it will take to get approved that project atuomatically. 

I am looking for your answers.

Only click on it once! Clicking again would reset the countdown.
