How long it will take to approve a new profile?

Hi All,

I am new to Upwork and created an account yesterday and after creating I could see that my account is under review and this will take 12 hrs for the approval.And when I checked my profile now I couldn't find any messages like that in my profile but when I tried to send a proposal I am getting a message like "you are out off connect".Could you please help me to solve this?

Hi Vimal,

Please, go to your Settings> Connects & Membership and select your Membership Plan in order to receive connects and start applying for jobs.

It might be because of your id is under approval process or it is not approved by UpWork, please have a look into your assosicated email account
