How much maximum , can I work on hourly projects ? is their any fixed time limit with the hourly project criteria from upwork ? awaiting for those experienced freelancers response

It is the clients who will tell you how many hours you can work per week, if they set a limit. Any hours that exceed that limit will not be paid.
I recommend that you look at how hourly contracts work and how you should use the Time tracker so that your payment is protected.
Above all, keep in mind that manual hours are not protected and that if the client rejects them you have nothing to do.
