How to Contact Support

Hi everyone, how can I contact support or file a complaint. I received a payment on the 1st of June but its still under review. I guess the standard number of days is 5 business days?

I checked and it looks like you requested payment for the milestone on June 1st. Please know, the client has 14 days from the most recent submission on a milestone to review and approve or request changes. Approval releases the payment from escrow to you.


I can see the client approved the milestone today. When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period.
