I justa started as FREELANCER and have BAD EXPERIENCE from a job I SUBMIT PROPOSAL .

I wast my connects and answer questions more than 1 hour and then

Project has gone, I also not listed as one I have submeted proposal ... and I did not get mmy connects BACK .

How can I reach REAL UPWORK SUPPORT in replace to just  chat with BOT ?
