How to Get your first job?

Hello upwork family,

I recently joined upwork, before this I used to work in an IT company. I knew about upwork and how it works but came to this platform little late, that's fine. I got my first job on upwork i was very happy and excited but after that I don't know my progress seems downfalling. I have a great grip on graphics designing and website designing. can anybody tell me how to attract client or believe them that i have a lot of experience in this field. May be they got attracted toward job success rate, this making me under the shadow. Any suggestions?
