How to Increase Connects for biding

Hi,

Every job needs connects to submit proposal and I can see only 52 connects in my account.

With these connects I can submit few proposals. I justed wanted to know, how I can increase these connects and what whould happen once these are finshed?

Once they are finished you no longer able to place your bids.
