How to buy connects ? Upwork Ballance is zero!

Hi Everyone,

I am a professional Bengali Translator.

I am new to Upwork. I had 20 free connects, I spent them applying for jobs. Unfortunately, nobody hired me. It is not that I'm a newbie. I have been doing freelancing for more than 2.5 years at Proz and translatorsCafe.

Can you tell me how to buy connects?

& Why am I not hired?

Hi Abed

If you 20 connects are expired, you would have to buy connects. 
Even if you Upwork balance is 0, you can buy connects by spending money additionally or it is best if you can take the Freelancer Plus option which allows for 70 connects per month with additional benefits for $15. 

Basically with these connects over, you would have to spend additionally out of your pocket. I hope the answer helped and here is a link for you to see the FAQs on the connects system
