Hi.
My friend created a new Upwork account and closed one.
Now he's going to join Upwork again, so he created a new account a few days ago.
But he's new account has been suspended and they say it's final.
What can he do to start working on Upwork?

I'm sorry to learn about your friend's account. Please know that users are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork regardless of the old account being closed. Our team is also unable to discuss another user's account with another user to comply with our privacy policy which we hope you understand.

Your friend can refer to the notification on their account, or the email they received for more information.
