How to earn Rising Talent Badge

Hi,

I am new to upwork and wanted to know how i can get the Rising Talet Badge. I am submitting the proposal for jobs respective to my skills, but didn't get any jobs. I have joine upwork on 21 Apr 2020. I has bee approx 1 month.

Please help me on this.
