If you click on Find Work > Find Work in the top navigation bar, there is a "Search for job" form field and a list of "Recent Searches" which are all of your Saved Searches just below that form field. How do you edit or delete any of those saved searches? There are older versions of the question in this forum but the web UI has changed since then and those old answers are no longer accurate.
