How to generate connects?

Hello,

I read that connects regenerate on their own each month. However, the 24th of agoust I had 56 connects and the 1st October I finished them and I still have 0 connects...

In fact, above it says "0 connects per month" (screenshot attached)

Is there another way to have them without buy them?

Hi Sonya,

We don't offer free Connects. With the Basic membership plan, you can purchase the Connects you need by going to Settings > Memberships and Connects > Add More Connects. You can check out the BIlling Methods available for purchasing Connects here.

If you prefer to have a set amount of Connects each month, the Freelancer Plus membership plan includes 70 Connects per month, as well as other benefits.
