How to get more clients and proposal.

Hi, I have been trying my best to win proposal but still can't do. Although I had experience with many clients but it seems like it doesn't work. Is there anything wrong with my profile? I feel like i wrote a long definition of me and what i can provide, i want to attract many clients to be able to get more opportunities. thanks.

I am a virtual assistant and a software application developer.
