How to get the "connects" and submitting proposal

Hi..im new here in upwork..i just signed up yesterday..got to knkw how to earn connects and why everytime i clicked on submit a proposal it returned to the first page of thebjob details?need help..i worked in a BPO company here in the Phils. and I am eager to get the travel account here in UPWORK because i have a lil' background of helping out customer's who needs a hotel/flight reservation..hope someone would help me how to get a job here..

Have you chosen your membership plan already? If not, please go to your Settings page, and click on Memberships & Connects to be able to choose a membership plan that best fits your needs.
