How to give and receive feedback

Hello - I just completed my first job on Upwork and would like to give feedback to my client (hopefully they will reciprocate) but I can't work out how!

I have read other posts that said you have to wait till it comes up with the contract having ended, however, I have completed the work, payment has been made but it doesn't seem to change status. Is there another way to give feedback?

Hi Eleanor,

I checked and it seems that the contract is still not closed. You can ask your client to close the contract if they don't have any more work they want to be done on it and they will be prompted to leave feedback. Please, check this post for more information about the Upwork feedback system.
