How to go about W8-ben registration

I just signed up to Upwork and have selected Payoneer as my payment type. I was told to fill a form for W8-ben. How do I go bout it and how do I get a tax certificate? I haven't really worked with such terms before.

All you need to do is to add your full legal name and submit the form. To learn more about this, check out this Help Article.
