How to improve my JSS

My JSS is not going beyond 85% on an average. What could be the problem? My profile still now does not have any negative feedback(although some having without feedback),but i have most positive reviews. Can you help me out on how to improve the JSS?

A few of your reviews are under five stars. My guess would be that it's those and perhaps the clients who left them, maybe one could have also left you a negative private feedback.

If you've ever given a full refund, that would reflect negatively as well. Or any contracts closed with no earnings.
