How to include a new language

Dear Upwork community,

I am a native Mongolian speaker and fluent English. I wanted to join the community and start to work as a translator. But I cannot complete my application. When I enter my information, in a field "What language can you translate" I can not enter my language because it does not have English Mongolian pair. Is there anybody can help me overcome this barrier and become an active member of the community?
