How to know Project has been awarded to someone else

Dear All, 

I shall be very thankful to you all. if you guide me how to get orders, tips & tricks. Usually when i send proposal to someone. Subject job is awarded to someone else already. When buyer is hired someone else then why subject job is shown in search project list??. Becasue of this many of my connects have been wasted yet. Please help me guys. This plateform is new for me. I have been working on fiverr for 2 years.

All it takes is two seconds to check the bottom of the job posting. If someone has been hired, there will be a field that says "Hired:" along with the number of people that have been hired by that client.

Unless they say they're looking for multiple freelancers, if this field is there, you have your answer.
