How to make calls? (Virtual assitant, customer service, sales)

Hello freelancers!

I'm new here and i need some advise. I want to apply for a customer service job. One of the Activities is making calls however, since it's an international job, i don't know with which tool u can call the customers.

I assume that I'm not going to use my personal phone for these international calls however, is there a common software to do it? or in general the customer provides access to these tools?

Please share with me your experience, i Will appreciate it! 🙂
