How to re-add the card - a payment declined previously?

I used a card but the payment was declined that time due to insufficient funds But Now, I have added the funds but upwork is not accepting that card - I have tried 10 times- Please tell me what to do now? Please note- I don't have another card as right now

I can buy connects from my card but i cant able to buy membership from my
card? why?
