Hi to everyone,
I did some work for a client on Upwork however he is stating that he is unhappy with the work and would like a refund.
Can anyone please advise how do I give him a refund?
I am quite new to Upwork and don't understand the process.
Ie: the client had not ended the contract yet so have I received the money yet to refund with or is it still with Upwork?
He is being very impatient for the refund.

I would just like to make sure that all is above board and that it is safe (for my bank account) to refund him.

Hi Jenny,
To issue a refund you will need to go to My Jobs > Open your contract > Click on the three dots > click Give Refund.
Once the funds have become available to your account you will be able to issue a refund. At the moment your funds are under the pending stage. You can view this by going to Reports > Overview. Thank you.
