How to request payment which is already in Escrow?

Hi guys,

Recently one of my client sent me an offer with $15 and he deposited the amount in Escrow. But after a discussion I agreed to do the job in $10. Client changed the offer amount to $10. I accepted it and completed my work and requested payment. Client paid me that $10 but there is still $5 in the Escrow. I did some extra work for my client later and I asked for that $5 from Escrow. But client unable to pay me that amount. Actually he don't know how to do it. In my side, there is nothing related to that $5.

My question is, How my client can pay me the amount which is already in Escrow?

 By creating milestone 2 for $ 5 and funding it with the Escrow funds, then releasing it.
