You may follow the following:

• Choose the right job post (matched to your skills and experiences)
• Read it carefully to point out the main points. 
• Apply to the job highlighting how your skill is a perfect match to the skill sought on the job description.
• Apply with a professional tone.

Sanka, you have a client account. You have to add a freelancer profile to your client account, then complete your profile, then submit it for review.

IF (!!) you are accepted, you can apply for jobs, not before, and certainly not from your client profile.
